Privacy for the updates list and founder contact
Foundry Brief is founder-led and manual-first. This page describes the practical privacy posture for the current public site, especially the updates-list form and direct founder email contact.
What is collected
- • Email addresses submitted through the updates-list form.
- • The page path associated with the signup event so Foundry Brief can understand which surface generated the request.
- • Emails or context you send directly to info@foundrybrief.com.
How it is used
- • To send occasional Foundry Brief updates when something materially useful ships.
- • To reply to separate Professional-access requests that are sent directly to the founder inbox.
- • To reply directly when a message needs follow-up or clarification.
What is not promised
- • No automated customer-marketing platform is being represented as live on this site.
- • Foundry Brief does not sell submitted email addresses to third parties.
- • No claim is made that the current site supports a self-serve unsubscribe dashboard.
How to opt out or request deletion
If you want updates to stop, or want your updates-list email removed, send a request to info@foundrybrief.com from the address you used. Requests are handled manually.
Analytics and operational context
The site uses basic web analytics and infrastructure logging to understand site usage and keep the public archive operating. That does not change the core current operating model: updates-list communication and separate Professional-access replies are handled manually by Foundry Brief.
